Tuesday Workshops
Every Tuesday from 7:30 to 9 pm come explore the relationship between body and mind in a relaxed atmosphere with a lovely mug of tea. Workshops are in small groups of 2-8 people in the Cabinet. Price: 50 CHF per person, Couples massage 90 frs/couple.

WEekend Course in somatic lecture
What does our body have to say about it? For a mindful weekend, come learn to communicate with your body throughout this 2-day course, available roughly one weekend per month.
Price: 350 chF For the weekend or 180/j. This course is complementary to the massage package "Lecture Corporelle".
Understand the foundations of anchoring, meridians, reflexology, body symbolics and the mind-body connection. Learn to listen to yourself (or your clients) and find your action plan.
